            Job Title: Interventional Pain Management Physician Locations:  Queens, NY 
 Brooklyn, NY 
 Bergen County, NJ 
 Employment Type: Full-Time Requirements:  New graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply. 
 Must be licensed in the applicable state(s). 
 Ability to cover multiple clinic locations preferred. 
 Compensation:  $350K base salary 
 25% of collections over $700K
