Paint Coordinator (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Assurance of compliance with paint quality measurables: 95% Quality rate / Good parts at first time, 2.5% Rework, 1.5% Repaint, 1% Scrap.
• Down time due to scheduled stoppages < 60 min per day.
• Set up different lines 1 and 2 of paint.
• Adherence to procedures and work instructions.
• Propose continuous improvement actions through the use of Lean tools.
• Give follow-up and feedback by checkpoint and send feedback.
• Perform paint inspection after baking.
• Identify material finish good, scrap, rework.
• Maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products using paint quality tools such as: Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why's, 8 Disciplines looking for root cause, containment and define the correct measures.
• Ensuring compliance with the daily schedule of the painting process.
