Overview The primary responsibilities of a Paint Department Manager are to maintain outstanding customer service, uphold our Mission and Core Values, help create the best paint department experience, generate sales, merchandise product, and support the store management team. Paint Department Managers are tasked with additional and specialized duties including giving color and paint product selection advice, receiving product, overseeing the paint department, and extending our customer-first philosophy to be the most helpful hardware store possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis. Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice. Ensure that the paint department is performing (on a weekly basis) to the expectations of the Store Manager.
