Penmac Staffing is hiring an Industrial Painter for a local manufacturing company.This full-time, temp-to-hire position is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality finishes. Industrial Painters, also known as Spray Painters or Coating Technicians, will apply protective coatings to manufactured parts and ensure quality standards are met.Schedule and Pay:

Pay:$17.22 per hour

Schedule:Monday-Thursday /6a – 4:30p / Overtime as required

Responsibilities for the Industrial Painter:

Mix and prepare coatings according to written instructions and procedures.

Operate spray equipment to apply primer and finish coats on manufactured parts.

Adjust spray valves and nozzles to control spray width and pressure.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and clean spray tools using solvents.
