Paint robot engineer (Nezahualcóyotl)

Overview

This position is based in Indiana, USA. The candidate needs to relocate to the USA.

Responsibilities

• Creating offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process
• Coordinating with the Regional Paint Engineer study, conducting trials, and evaluating outcomes based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Supporting the Paint Digital Engineering (DE) group in developing reach studies and cycle‑time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes
• Supporting the Paint DE group in developing reach studies and cycle‑time analysis for primer, base, clear, and interior robot processes
• Leading all meetings with related groups
• Creating documentation and supporting the plants in the process
• Traveling to the US, Mexico, and Canada to support projects
