Paint Sprayer / Prepper Vacancy - Northampton Independent Vehicle Repair Centre 

Basic Salary: Circa £40,000 Basic

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Optional Saturday Overtime Available

Our client, a well-regarded independent vehicle repair centre based just outside of Northampton, is looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, quality-focused bodyshop with three paint bays currently in operation and plans to expand in the future. The business has built a strong local reputation for high standards of workmanship and customer care, offering a stable and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out high-quality paint spraying to a variety of vehicles

Preparing vehicles ready for paint, including masking, sanding and priming

Supporting with some panel repairs where required
