Job Description
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Painters to perform painting, touch-up, surface preparation, and finishing work in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. The role includes maintaining aesthetic standards and carrying out repair and maintenance painting tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of painting experience required
- Building maintenance experience preferred
- High‑rise building experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair works
- Physically fit for site work
- Basic English communication preferred
