 As a Paintshop Coordinator your main responsibilities are:
Provide daily guidance to Paintshop staff, supporting their training, development, and shift schedule
Support the powder coating process for metal objects and monitor the chemical pre-treatment stages
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and health & safety policies
Assist with the handling and replenishment of chemical solutions (acids/liquids) according to established safety procedures
