  Job Description 
 Tanner Health System is seeking a board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand our current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services in west Georgia. This hospital employed position will be part of Tanner Medical Group, a multi-specialty ambulatory division, of the health system, and will be based in Carrollton, Georgia.
  Job Duties & Responsibilities 
 Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time registered nurse, and a full-time licensed social worker and help us develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow the Palliative Care services offered by Tanner Health System.
 Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic.
