Paraeducator - PBIS

Position Summary

The PBIS paraeducator will work as a member of the school's PBIS Team to provide student support through the implementation of school wide PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support,) Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. The PBIS paraeducator will help deliver the Check, Connect and Expect Program, teach social skills groups, and provide individual support to students with behavior challenges. Responsibilities for behavior data entry and providing data to the PBIS Team are also included in this position. The PBIS Paraeducator will work under the close supervision of the administrator, the PBIS coordinator and school counselors.
