Paralegal - Clinical Negligence

We are looking for a paralegal to support our Clinical Negligence department. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient litigation support and assisting the work of the team, which covers a variety of case types; including maternal health, birth injury, and injuries to mothers during childbirth; orthopaedics; misdiagnosed cancers; GP errors, and radiological errors.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and efficient litigation support primarily to your supervising fee‑earner but also to assist with the work of the team.
• Undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks as set out below.
• Undertake other ad‑hoc duties as required from time to time.
• Assist with drafting documents, client liaison, research work, general correspondence, and administrative support.
