Job Description
1- 2 years Solid experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Property
A good understanding of the conveyancing process in England and Wales.
Solid practical experience in using the Land Registry Portal including searching for titles, downloading documents, checking priority lists, carrying out Land Registry based searches.
An understanding of the different types of land rights available including freehold land, leases, easements and wayleaves.
