Job Description

Position Summary
This position will support the US Legal Department and Ormat Energy Storage segment in project finance, M&A, and complex transactional and litigation matters as well as routine contract and other legal matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Paralegal will assist with litigation and transaction management, due diligence, and closing processes.
Essential Functions
Organize and assist with review of project finance and M&A transaction data rooms and documents, including NDAs, term sheets, purchase agreements, financing agreements, closing certificates, and ancillary documents.
Coordinate due diligence efforts, including collecting, organizing and tracking documentation across legal, financial, operational, regulatory, real property and environmental matters.
