Job Description
Our client, a well-established and growing organization within the HR and employment law space, is currently seeking a Legal Claims Consultant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Legal Claims Manager, this opportunity is ideal for a self-sufficient legal professional who enjoys managing files independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role will primarily focus on litigation matters within Small Claims Court, with employment law exposure being highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Carriage of legal claims files for internal handling. Carriage includes: providing legal services such as advice, drafting, and representation of clients in the above-noted forums.
- Oversee the intake of all legal claims received by our clients.
- Liaise with clients in order to gather all pertinent details of a claim to ensure that the matter is handled in the most appropriate manner.
