Job Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Paramedic for Good Samaritan Hospital, you will provide advanced emergency medical care and transport critically ill or injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings.
Every day you will rapidly assess scenes, evaluate conditions, and administer life-saving interventions, while safely operating emergency vehicles and documenting care.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate expert clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking under stress, and compassionate communication, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
+ Functions within the scope of practice of a Paramedic as defined within Nebraska state regulations and listed in the Approved Skills and Procedures for Licensed EMS Providers document
+ Take on patient assignments, but must be over seen by an RN
+ Provides patient care and performs patient care procedures including EKG, accu checks, CPR, crutches, ace bandage application...
