Job Description
Paramedics provide medical care to emergency and non-emergency patients and maintain positive working relationships with all customer groups and agencies. A Paramedic restores and promotes a patient's health by providing life support and transport of sick and injured persons, in and out of hospital settings, as authorized by established medical protocols or a physician. What are the requirements?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Minimum age of 19.
Must be physically fit and able to pass a physical examination.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
