Parent Engagement & Community Experience Lead

Gemsworldacademy Switzerland is looking for an experienced Parent Relations Executive (PRE) in Dubai to enhance parent engagement and support the school's culture. The PRE will coordinate school tours, manage customer service at the reception, and organize community events to foster relationships with parents.

This role also involves developing communication materials, managing social media presence, and assisting in the school’s marketing strategy to achieve enrolment targets. A strong background in customer service and communications is essential.
