The Parish Receptionist is the initial contact for staff and all visitors to the Parish. The receptionist is responsible for administrative functions, general communications to church members and clerical functions while providing secretarial and administrative support to the Pastor and designated parish staff, as directed by the Parish Administrator
Under the direction of the Parish Administrator, the Parish Receptionist is responsible for the following:
