Park Development

• Must be graduate of BS Civil Engineering (Licensed)
• Knowledgeable in construction and people management with at least 1-2 years of work-related experience
• Willing to work inCagayan De Oro, Bulua

Park Development

Oversee and monitor all construction and development activities in coordination with Engineering and Park Development Team.

• Aid the Engineering and Park Development Team in Land surveying and layout works, when necessary.
• Develop and prepare certification for work accomplishments.
• Ensure that all documents such as licenses/permits needed from construction projects are secured and submitted.
• See to it that all construction activities are with prior approval from Engineering and Park Development Team.
• Maintain a permanent record of all mausoleum and niches constructed. Information must include owner, contractor, cost and date...
