Job Description
Key Duties:
- Maintain community parks, sporting ovals, road verges, and urban streetscapes.
- Safely operates ride-on mowers, hedgers, trimmers, brush cutters, and blowers.
- Performs general gardening tasks including planting, mulching, and weeding.
- Uses chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers for vegetation and bridge-area management.
- Implements weed and pest control measures to protect local environments.
- Complete additional maintenance and service duties as required to support community outcomes.
Requirements
- Long term work rights in Australia
- Construction White Card
- HR or MR Licence
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a similar role minimum 2 years
- Certificate II in Horticulture/Turf (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
- Skills and knowledge in the use of a wide range of horticultural equipment and machinery
