Part-Time Booth Assistant / Event Promoter

BETA DATA / BetaAI is hiring 2 part‑time Booth Assistants / Event Promoters for SG AI Agent Summit 2026.

This is a one‑day on‑site event role in Singapore.

Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Room: William Pickering Ballroom, Level 2

Pay: SGD 15/hour, total SGD 135 for the full day

• Set up booth materials, brochures, name cards, giveaways, and roll‑up banner
• Welcome visitors and briefly introduce BetaAI using a prepared script
• Invite interested visitors to scan a QR code, leave a business card, or provide contact details
• Record valid leads and follow‑up notes
• Support simple on‑site booth operations during the event

• Mandarin is a strong plus
• Presentable, proactive, and comfortable approaching strangers
• Event, roadshow, sales assistant, or promoter experience preferred
• Must be legally allowed to work in Singapore
