Part-Time Clinic Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Part-Time Clinic Coordinator to support a provider who specializes in diagnosis and treatment for high-functioning adults with ADHD. This position will scale as the company grows, so there will be plenty of opportunities for growth. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable starting with a minimum of 10-15 hours/week.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing voicemails, texts, and emails from patients regarding scheduling, prescription renewals, customer care call
• Calendar management
• Handling prior authorizations and calling insurance companies as needed
