Part Time CT Technologist - Outpatient - Garden City

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part Time CT Technologist - Outpatient - Garden City.

In this role, the successful candidate The CT Technologist is responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic and computed tomography (CT) procedures. This role utilizes CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients internal organs and tissues for diagnostic purposes. The technologist accurately interprets physician orders, administers contrast materials, prepares and operates CT equipment, and positions patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Job Responsibilities:

Imaging Procedures & Protocol Compliance

Follows accepted radiologic practices to determine appropriate imaging protocols.

Adheres to special instructions indicated on radiologic requisitions.

Consults policy and procedure manuals and reference materials to ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
