General Description
The Direct Support Professional Success Coach is responsible for the tracking, assisting, and monitoring the progress of an assigned cohort of students at a participating community agency. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to providing academic support, developing and conducting workshops, monitoring student academic progress, supporting continuous student enrollment throughout the program, and ensuring students receive information on available academic and student support services offered at SUNY Niagara or at their agency.
