Job Title

Permanent Part-Time Project Coordinator / Sales Admin Officer

Location

Office at Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, Singapore

Job Type

Part-Time (Half Day, PM; approximately 80 hours per month)

Work Hours

2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Salary

SGD 9 – 13 per hour (dependent on experience)

Qualifications
  • Good personal skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Minimum A Level/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • No prior experience required; training provided (preferred experience: project admin / sales admin)
Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in all project admin work including procurement, stock delivery, and related tasks
  • Support preparation of presentation slides as required
