Job Description

Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Doncaster area as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis of 24 hours a week over either 3, 4 or 5 days a week.

    • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs 
  • Matching purchase order’s and delivery notes
  • Request and chase up approvals of invoices
  • Support in daily monitoring of the email inbox
  • General office duties 
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Controller

    • Person Specification:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Good with use of systems and Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills
