Part - Time Shuttle Driver

JOB PURPOSE The Shuttle Driver provides reliable daily transportation for residents and maintains the community’s shuttle schedule.

This role supports the property’s operational goals by ensuring timely service, clear communication, and a strong customer experience.

The Shuttle Driver works under the supervision of the Community Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Operate daily shuttle routes between the community and designated locations.

Create, maintain, and update the daily shuttle schedule.

Communicate maintenance, cleaning needs, or vehicle concerns to the Community Manager.

Complete daily logs and documentation as required.

Report observed community rule violations to the Community Manager.

Use community equipment, fuel, and supplies responsibly.

Support additional projects or tasks assigned by the Community Manager.
