Responsibilities
Search for new potential partners and manage the full partnership cycle, from first contact to onboarding into our partners program.
Identify and build strong relationships with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
Own the strategy and execution for business plans with partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for several partners.
Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and solving specific problems.
