At Trainline, the Industry Operations team sits at the intersection of our partners and our platform, shaping how rail carriers integrate, evolve, and grow with us. The Partner Integration Manager role is pivotal in aligning external partners with our internal Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Legal teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. The role can be based in London, Paris, or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Spanish rail partners, owning relationships end‑to‑end and building long‑term strategic alignment
• Lead technical discussions with external partners, identifying when to engage internal engineering teams
• Define and drive product and engineering priorities on a regular cadence, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs
• Negotiate enhancements to partner capabilities, both within existing agreements and through new opportunities
