Job Description

MarkJames is looking for a dedicated support specialist to serve as a first line of contact for partners. You will manage inquiries and ensure an optimal partner experience while administrating the partner portal. Responsibilities include processing demo orders, onboarding partners, and troubleshooting inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in Business or related fields and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow is preferred.
