Job Description
Ø 3–8 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, creator relations, PR, talent management, community building, business development, or related functions
· Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and how influence is built across different communities
· Excellent instincts for identifying creators, brands, and communities that are aligned with a premium audience
· Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across beauty, wellness, longevity, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, fashion, luxury, and emerging lifestyle categories
· A strong network of creators, founders, industry experts, agencies, or community leaders is a plus
· Ability to think beyond conventional influencer campaigns and develop original partnership ideas
· Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
