What’s a typical day as  Parts Administrator? You’ll be:

• Answering and directing incoming service phone calls and documenting all call log information in the customer history database
  
• Maintaining inventory records, conducting inventory counts, and handling parts and equipment logistics
  
• Receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping replacement parts for beverage and processing equipment
  
• Creating quotes, sales orders, and invoices for part orders and assisting clients with payments
  
• Collaborating with service, contract, and accounting teams on large projects
