We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established automotive company based in Ilkeston, who are looking to add an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous automotive or motor trade experience who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Vehicle Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting both retail and trade customers while ensuring workshop operations run efficiently. You will be joining a busy parts department where organisation, communication, and customer service are key.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers with vehicle parts enquiries

Identifying and ordering correct vehicle parts

Supporting workshop technicians with required parts

Processing orders, invoices, and stock deliveries
