Qualifications
o Bachelor's/College Degree
o Minimum of 1 year experience.
o Verify and check the actual count versus PO/DR/SI
o Evaluate and recommend printer parts to order
o Handles process flow in Machine Parts Request Systems
Job Description:
o Perform the actual count of the received printer parts orders based
on approved P.O. versus Delivery Receipts/Invoices of the supplier.
o Prepare all the parts requested by Technical, BDO and HO4 Team for
release a day before required date. Release all requested parts to
Technical, BDO and HO4 Team.
o Updating tickets in the Machine Parts Request Systems portal
o Process the inventory count for printer parts.
o Organizing and inventory counting
o Ensures proper organization of parts through proper arrangement
and labeling. Conduct a monthly inventory count for printer parts.
