PartTime Pediatric Office Front Desk Receptionist

Pediatrics On Demand is an Immediate Care and Primary Care located in Oak Lawn, IL. We also have a sister company, Minis Walk In Clinic. We serve patients from birth to 21 years of age.  

We are focused on high quality patient care and customer service. We are currently seeking a bright front desk receptionist that can bring the customer service level to the highest standard and bring value to the business environment of the office. Hourly: $18-$20 Depending on Experience

12 hour shifts

Front Desk Responsibilities: 

+ Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. 

+ Answering patients' questions; maintaining the reception area. 

+ Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
