Intern – Operational Excellence

Join the Haleon Excelencia Operacional team as an Intern. You will support the deployment of the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) at the site and contribute to continuous improvement activities, analysis of operational performance and process standardization. The role includes developing practical skills in operational excellence tools, Zero Loss culture and 100% Ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of the HAPS system at the site.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement activities and process standardization.
• Help analyze operational performance using indicators.
• Create reports and dashboards for tracking improvements.
• Participate in Zero Loss and 100% Ownership culture initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to collect and organize operational information.
• Contribute to documentation and update of internal procedures.
