Passenger Experience & Safety Ambassador

SMRT Corporation, Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Passenger Service Assistant to provide excellent customer service and enhance the journey experience for our passengers. This role involves facilitating safe boarding, reporting incidents, and assisting with crowd control.
