As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our passengers throughout their journey. From the moment they arrive at the airport until they board—or when they need assistance during unexpected situations—you will play a key role in making their experience smooth, positive, and memorable.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting passengers with warmth and professionalism, addressing their needs and answering questions with clarity and patience.
• Managing check‑in by verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handling baggage—tagging, inspecting, and ensuring it reaches the destination.
