Pastoral Lead: Transforming Student Wellbeing

Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Lead to support the wellbeing and personal development of students at R.E.A.L. Independent Schools in Mansfield. The role is crucial in creating a nurturing environment, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support students with complex needs.

You will provide daily pastoral support, facilitate communication between students, parents, and external agencies, and implement wellbeing initiatives. A Level 3 qualification and experience in pastoral care are essential. This is a full-time, term time only position with an annual salary of £27,463 to £29,982.
