Deuxave, Back Bay’s only Forbes 4-Star restaurant, is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Pastry Assistant, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties include:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
