Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- A. Food Production, Inventory Planning and Control
- 2.1 Produce gluten-free products based on standard recipes of Baking Therapy
- 2.2 Fulfill production schedule based on stores’ forecasts
- 2.3 Minimize wastage and shrinkage by ensuring products are made based on standard recipe
- 2.4 Collaborate in the development of new products based on current trends
