Responsibilities

• Manage the pastry department in accordance with company standards.
• Create daily specials and ensure all desserts meet quality standards.
• Control inventory levels and waste management.
• Train new staff on proper baking techniques and procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling and order supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure fresh and available ingredients at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
