What will you do
Prepare pastry mise‑en‑place to ensure smooth operations during service, including doughs, creams, mousses and garnishes.
Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and plating of desserts and pastry items to LPM's exceptional standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry section at all times.
Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards specific to pastry production.
Continuously develop your pastry skills and share knowledge with the team.
