Role Overview We're looking for a Pathlock GRC Consultant with hands-on Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration and HR-triggered access provisioning. The role involves automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows that drive access governance across connected ERP and cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure the SuccessFactors Employee Central Identity Source connector in Pathlock Cloud AAG and set up HR trigger rules for Hire, Transfer, Promotion, LOA, Return-to-Work, and Termination events.
• Design and implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver access workflows — including role provisioning, delta comparisons, account suspension, and SoD pre-checks.
