Pathway Assistant Manager / Manager

We are looking for a driven and organised sport professional to join the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) as a Pathway Manager — at one of the most exciting moments in Singapore para sport history. Singapore will host the ASEAN Para Games 2029 (APG29) , making this a defining period for disability sport in the region and a rare opportunity to help build a strong, competitive Team Singapore for a home Games.

In this role, you will lead an assigned portfolio of para sports and take ownership of the full athlete development journey — from talent identification and transfer through to elite competition and major Games representation, with APG29 as a key milestone. Working within a collaborative Pathway and Performance team, you will play a central role in preparing Singapore’s para athletes to perform at their highest potential in front of a home crowd and on the regional and international stage.
