Job Description
We have multiple shifts and FTE's available for our Patient Access Coordinators, ranging from .8-1.0 FTE, with a mixture of days, evenings and nights. We offer both scheduling and registration roles.
The role of the Patient Access Coordinator is an essential part of the patient's pre-visit experience. The primary function of this role is to collect accurate patient information, coordinate patient encounters and provide patient support services to ensure that each patient and family encounter is positive, professional, and efficient.
The Patient Access Coordinator I supports these foundational patient and family access duties.
