Position: Part-Time 0.8 FTE, Patient Care Assistant.
Location: Primary site, Waitakere with occasional shifts at North Shore.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, no shift work.

About the Role
The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) role is a joint clerical reception and clinical support position. Reporting to the Charge Nurse Manager, duties vary daily and may include front‑desk work, specific administrative tasks, or general support to clinics. The PCA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other Registered Health Professionals to support and care for patients, with the overall goal of improving the patient experience. Specific training will be provided to ensure the required skills.
