Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist – Sparrow MD
Sparrow MD is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival
Manage front desk operations and patient flow
Perform administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
Assist with inventory management and supply organization
Provide excellent customer service and support the clinical team
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor
Highly organized with attention to detail
