Summary

Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

Minimum Qualifications

Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support).

Minimum requirements include one of the following:

• 6 months acute care experience; or
• 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience; or
• Successfully completes a BayCare sponsored Nursing Assistant or PCT Internship; or
• Completion of Nursing Fundamentals (RN); or
• Completion of Nursing Foundation (LPN) Programs; or
