Unit Overview: The Randallia ICU is a 12‑bed critical care unit located on the main floor of Parkview Randallia, providing care for patients with moderate to high acuity needs. The unit serves a mixed population of ICU and progressive‑level patients who require advanced monitoring, intensive medical management, and timely interventions for complex conditions. Care is delivered in a fast‑paced environment by a collaborative team that includes nurses and patient care technicians, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and effective communication.
